I’ve joined forces with @oddsandents to create Graftbound, a new publisher for TTRPGs!

Graftbound TTRPGs join mythologies, mechanics, players, and experience in the binding of a book, just as plants grow together when grafted.  Emily is the layout artist and illustrator for the Precious Things one-page rpg, and she and I have very similar philosophies about games:

• I never see a creature without seeing a habitat, or a monster without a culture. 
• Emily’s work brings together graphic design, book binding, and sculpture; she’s the reason Precious Things is so cleverly designed to work in your hands. 
• We use these deep connections to create embodied experiences, so you can engage with your world more deeply and participate in a sacred reality through games.

The newest Graftbound game is The Peddler’s Prize, an item-detailing world building RPG for up to 10 players. Build out an inventory of interesting Objects and their ties to Factions. Starting with a set of uncolored object illustrations, you’ll choose factions with a vested interest in tactile curiosities and discover each Object’s story together.

What’s coming next

New games are coming from Graftbound, including a collaboration with Bright Bard , a duet RPG using the Carta system by @peachgardengames, and physical copies of The Peddler’s Prize.
